Houston Reservations was formed to
give Le Brochure the ability to promote Houston restaurants while
supplying a website to Houstonians that would offer turn-key
entertainment options. The website is an enhancement to
visitors as well as Houstonians giving links to all the major
locations for special events in one location. To complete the
circle of entertainment, a recipe, wine and food pairing section was
created for those who wish to entertain at home, which no rests on
our nationwide food website,
www.pairitfood.com. The end goal
is a website that will supply information for entertainment for
Houstonians outside as well as inside and with the addition of
television and video specials, Houston Reservations will complete a
full entertainment package to Houstonians.
Free Event Planning - Quality of Service
Early on, Le Brochure received
responses from both sides of the fence. Event seekers
from consumer groups and companies asked us about the
quality of the hospitality companies (restaurants/ hotels/
caterers) for whom we will provide bids from. From the
other side of the fence, companies from the hospitality
industry asked us about the quality of our leads as so not
to waste their time with preparing proposals, which manpower
is the most costly expense of a restaurant or hotel.
PairItFood is all about paring wine and food and pairing
patrons with the right venue. Le Brochure
carefully evaluates restaurants and other services companies
not to determine whether they are worthy of us promoting
them but to ensure we know where that company will best fit
when event requests come in. Event seekers are assured
a selection of venue that will fit their event quite well.
On the other side of the fence, Le Brochure will have menus,
pricing from the companies we promote so we can handle
requests from event seekers until the event seeker select a
venue or service company and minor adjustments to the
request are needed such as table decorations, customizing a
menu, etc. Unlike our competitors, Le Brochure will
custom handle each request that come through our system and
personally work with each event requester and each
restaurant, hotel, or caterer to ensure a smooth negotiation
of service. Unlike our competitors who take the
results of a form submit, call to ensure a correct phone #
and email address and then puts the bid up for grabs by any
restaurant or caterer who has a stove and a pan, Le Brochure
will ensure the correct pairing of event seeker and venue/
service company. |
